Pre-production sample checks
- Fabric GSM: Confirm outer fly weight (target 210g TC poly-cotton) on lab report or sample swatch.
- Air-column diameter: Verify Ø15 cm tube spec and valve placement.
- 24-hour leak test: Inflate sample; record pressure hold after 24 hours.
- Seam-tape coverage: Inspect all air-beam weld points for thermal tape reinforcement.
- Waterproof rating: Confirm fly and groundsheet ratings against destination market requirements.
- Kit completeness: Manual pump, stakes, guy ropes, carry bag — match PO BOM.
- Packed dimensions: Carton size and weight for container loading calculations.

- SKU reference and forecast volumes
